Richard Dick, in the Washington Post article Prescription Data Used To Assess Consumers: Records Aid Insurers but Prompt Privacy Concerns,** is quoted as being ”an entrepreneur who built the [prescription] database system that Ingenix acquired in 2002″ but also warns that a privacy tool he created “that requires users [patients] to consent before specific data…can be released….must be independent of all who hold the data.  (O)therwise….you have the fox in charge of the henhouse.” (Emphasis mine).

Benefits For The Fox In The Henhouse [insurance/software collusion racket]:

• Cost savings to Insurers

• Codes drugs red, yellow or green, according to the insurer’s instructions
• HIPAA does not give the Department of Health and Human Services the ability to directly investigate or hold accountable entities, such as pharmacy benefit managers or companies such as Ingenix and Milliman, who are not covered by HIPAA. (Emphasis mine)

 Benefits For The Patient:

• Zero.
• Nada.
• Zilch.
• Null.

 As a made-in-America medical transcriber, I hold the privacy of medical information on a patient to be inviolable.  Every medical history is a unique patient experience and deserves respect and privacy.  However, in a world today rife with complete disrespect for laws and simple courtesy permeating government and industry in tandem (=fascism), our rights and privleges mean nothing…not…a…thing!

The article cited above is well worth reading and states the case well.  But I would like to elaborate through personal transcribing experience some of the drawbacks stated:

“(T)he practice also illustrates how electronic data gathered for one purpose can be used and marketed for another — often without consumers’ knowledge, privacy advocates say. And they argue that although consumers sign consent forms, they effectively have to authorize the data release if they want insurance.” [Para 6, pg 1].

This is blackmail, plain and simple, from my perspective.  This argument essentially notes that if a patient wants to decline having their prescription history available to any non-medical business entity who happens to invest [or has a vested intererest] in insurance corporatisim (see prior post on outsourcing) , they can be denied insurance.  This is deplorable and denigrates the integrity of right to privacy.

“As health care moves into the digital age, there are more and more companies holding vast amounts of patients’ health information,” said Joy Pritts, research professor at Georgetown University’s Health Policy Institute. “Most people don’t even know these organizations exist. Unfortunately the federal health privacy rule does not cover many of them. . . . The lack of transparency with how all of this works is disturbing.” [Para 7, pg 1].

 Disturbing is an understatement.  Period.

‘Milliman’s IntelliScript codes drugs red, yellow or green, according to the insurer’s instructions, with red signaling the greatest risk, Franzen said. Red codes could include the so-called AIDS cocktail drugs and cancer medications…”. “..(F)or instance, if MedPoint [Ingenix software tool] produces a report that an individual has been on the highest dose of the cholesterol-reducing drug Zocor for 18 monts [sic], the insurer ‘would be able to know that you have a very high, near-intractable cholesterol problem…’.”  [Para 4, pg 2]

Yes, they would know your cholesterol issue is “near-intractable”, but knowing this information does absolutely nothing to assist the patient and does absolutely everything to reduce costs to insurance companies while your premium keeps rising or you are completely denied.  Where in this program of labeling your cost-risk factor is the development of a solution that benefits YOU… YOU, the one who’s pockets are being cleaned out here? YOU, the one who seeks to stay healthy by following doctors’ guidelines only to be rebuffed by the Insurance Racket?

“Some health experts worry that insurance companies can make faulty assumptions by looking at prescription drug records, because many drugs have multiple uses. ‘I had a patient on Amitriptyline for migraines and they were denied life insurance because it’s also an antidepressant,” said physician Kate Atkinson of Amherst, Mass. ‘I had to explain it wasn’t being used for depression.’ Another patient was on Prozac–not for depression, but for menopausal hot flashes. ‘I wrote an appeal letter, and they still wouldn’t give it to her,’ Atkinson said.” [Para 7, pg 2]

I see “off-label use” for drugs often in transcription work.  For example, metformin, a drug that is primarily used for diabetes, is also prescribed for weight loss and to enhance fertility in women with polycystic ovarian syndrome who are not diabetic at all.  Dr. Atkinson is right about Prozac as well.  While labeled an “antidepressant”, it is often used for menopausal symptoms.  Ambien, a sleeping aid with a myriad of withdrawal symptoms, is also used to treat menopausal symptoms.  Lexapro, another antidepressant has been used to treat migraine headaches and premature ejaculation.  (Incidentally, with the downward spiraling of our economy and the complete disenchantment of existing governments happening, is it any wonder that depression is on the rise?  We are seeing a sharp influx of relatively healthy patients of all ages with growing symptoms of depression…about a military loved one’s death or military spouse with PTSD, about the economy and their financial constraints, about a troubling government, about helplessness, etc.)

“Ingenix and Milliman officials stress that they provide data only with the patient’s consent, as required by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), a 1996 law that governs personal health records information. But HIPAA does not give the Department of Health and Human Services the ability to directly investigate or hold accountable entities, such as pharmacy benefit managers or companies such as Ingenix and Milliman, who are not covered by HIPAA.”

“In February, the Federal Trade Commission issued an order saying that MedPoint and IntelliScript are consumer reports under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, so the companies must notify insurers that consumers denied insurance on the basis of these reports have the right to request a copy of the report and that errors be corrected. The FTC’s order followed a settlement of allegations that the companies violated the credit-reporting law by failing to provide such notice to insurers.”

Best Rebuttal!: “Bob Gellman, an independent privacy consultant in Washington, said the FTC’s decision not to fine the companies sends ‘The message that it is okay to ignore the law.’That’, he said, ‘is absolutely outrageous.’”

“Tim Sparapani, senior legislative counsel at the American Civil Liberties Union, said that the products that Ingenix and Milliman are marketing represent the ‘commodification’ of electronic medical records by third parties. ‘We’ve got to stop these practices before the marketplace is fully developed and patients lose all control over their medical information,’ he said.”

One last thought: I wonder if the electronic whiz kids developing this omnious drug software for the insurance whiz kids are under the same drug-list scrutiny they push on patients.  I seriously doubt it.  It is probably an exception wrapped up on some huge company benefits’ bonus.

As always, ask the question: Who benefits?

Pinning the Tail of Light on the Elephant in the Room

Although the elitists behind the New World Order (NWO) have quietly planned and thoroughly considered their every step to achieve world domination for many centuries now, there is a component that they did not calculate. They always seem to underestimate (and are thoroughly incapable of considering) the determination in the hearts and minds of The People when they are pushed to the edge of the envelope of Freedom. They cannot factor in understanding love, compassion, unity…they are simply incapable. From my perspective, those at the pinnacle of the pyramid who have been pulling the strings to bring about the total domination of Earth are not FROM here and are completely void of any concept of emotions, feeling, love, and empathy. Yet, these qualities blessed by Benevolence onto the human race have been the greatest of tools for century-upon-century in the persistant war on elitism.  Witness historical freedom fighters such as William “Braveheart” Wallace who fought and died for Scottish independence, the Albigensians for religious freedom, George Washington and Thomas Jefferson, and up to right now Congressman Dr. Ron Paul’s Campaign for Liberty whose strong and consistent support of equal rights and respect lives up to the ideals and concepts carved out in 1776.   Before our fair and just Constitution was written, the right to equality and life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness was simply unheard of under Kingships, Monarchies, Fascists, and Dictators. Thus, America originally became a beacon of hope and of Light for the rest of the world and a hope for the return of building unity through diversity.

From my perspective, our original ancestoral inhabitants on this paradise called Earth had no concept of war, separation, or man’s inhumanity to man. This only came after (what I will kindly call) sinister forces intruded on this paradise and set the ball rolling for an extensive line of descendants to be conditioned to separation through fear managed by royalty with some self-proclaimed “Divine” right to rule.

So, it surely warms my heart to see the masses now taking it to the streets and making that greatest of leaps to stand outside Self and poke our heads above the waters of illusion to realize our true interconnectedness. Again, from my perspective, the ultimate goal for humanity is and always has been to rise to new levels of awareness of our life purpose, which I express as climbing out of the abyss of darkness and back into the Light. We have been in the dark for 2000 years and much longer, but we are on the verge of achieving the return of the Light in this generation.  For every villian at the pinnacle, we also have a Benevolent Light worker coming through now to join the fight in pinning the Light to the tail of the Elephant and witnessing our shift to a higher vibration. 

Marxist Leon Trotsky , with a view repelled in our American ideals, at least said: “A means can be justified only by its end. But the end in its turn needs to be justified.”

Pinning the Tail of Light on the Elephant and illuminating the darkness in the Room is a means to a truly JUSTIFIED end.

Power can only be attained in this world when we give it away at the expense of our own self empowerment. 

Humanity has trudged a long and winding road through the darkness that fell onto this planet several millenia ago.  As we look back on the past twenty-five-hundred years alone we have seen Empires expand then collapse with endless carnage and debris from wars fought for domination and Crusading hatred.  The tremendous power of those who are wired to feed off the fear generated among the masses to maintain power and control has been part of the only reality we in this cycle have known.  I perceive that these Feeders are keenly aware that an extremely ancient global castastrophe so overwhelmed the psyche of the survivors as to carry down fear genetically to this day and use it to manipulate the planet.   A few scattered Enlightened beings have intervened in our long journey and endeavored to seek out those in the ongoing generations who would carry the torch lighting the way toward the Knowledge, Light, and Harmony that once existed for the ancients and will exist once again.  The realm of wired power mongers, feeders on negative energy, seized their messages and turned them into an entity called religion (supernatural constraint, perhaps from religare to restrain, tie back) in order to keep the thumb to the screw and the lid on the Truth.  Jesus, Ghandi, Quetzalcoatl, Buddha and other Enlightened beings had no intention of organizing their messages into a tightly controlled box.  They simply gave guidelines, road signs, and Faith to keep moving toward a return of Self-Realization of our own incredible Spiritual capacity. 

As horrible and tragic a day as 09/11/2001 was, it also opened a doorway to Light that the “supernatural constrainers” in this reality would never have perceived since dark thoughts focus only on dark outcomes.  Until that day in Earth time, the revolving-door mentality still had the masses going in circles.  The schizophrenic dimensional split occurred that day and the revolving door began morphing into a Light-emitting open door.  It took a few years in Earth time to realize that we could even leave this contained circle dance and walk away and another few Earth years to have the courage to step into the Light and speak Truth to Power. 

I have witnessed a dramatic change in focus and attitude of people I know personally, those in the community at large, and those in the larger world and realize that a point of critical mass was reached about the beginning of our year 2006, and that forward swinging door has been swinging back to kick the Feeders on the Dark T-Shirt Team ever since.

I recall a thought running through my mind when I heard that the Human Genome Project had published its first draft report on the full DNA sequencing in April 2000 (official completion came in 2003**).  That thought was Oooh, the 100th monkey just might tip the collective flow of consciousness soon  (recorded in my diary). Odd thought, I know, but it occurred to me even then that with the DNA sequence essentially completed, the very manifestation of that knowledge would kick in soon….but I was not sure exactly WHAT would manifest.  After my “planes crashing in the East” dream and then the following day of 09/11/2001 occurred, I began to ponder this more deeply.

I am beginning to sense (and literally am witnessing in our culture) that unlocking the DNA in years 2000-2003 somehow began unlocking the sleeping  (or engineered damage of the remaining) DNA of Earth forms, thus allowing Light photons (via the Sun) to again enhance rather than damage dysfunctional DNA by having access to the correct coding (which I have a hunch is contributing to extinctions in some cases and new lifeforms in others). It has been a slow process from the point of view of Earth time but truly, I sense that the minds of darkness that have ruled endlessly are now being squeezed ever more between the twilight and the dawn of the human collective consciousness.  A day hardly goes by anymore without those in the public eye such as government/politics, religion, finance,  media, filmmaking, etc. who had carefully been able to conceal their dark intentions for humankind by throwing a cloak of glamour around themselves can no longer do so.  Why? Because there has been a massive shift on the collective level.  The masses are beginning to see the Light more than ever before…it is coming in leaps and bounds now.  Personally, I believe that the trigger was the completion of knowledge about DNA sequencing and the fired shot was 911.  I think the joke is on the Dark T-Shirt Team because the probable intention for this Knowledge was to have yet another point of control over Earth (biological weapons, viruses…***) but it is the White T-Shirt Team, the Lightworkers, who will be the beneficiaries. 

From my perspective, we are learning quickly how to step out of the circle dance and to Trust that Light in the doorway.  I suggest that our DNA is helping us in our baby steps.  As more and more pick up the Trust opened to us, the darkness between the twilight and the dawn will be subsumed.

There is always dishonor among thieves; many wannabe thieves will soon find themselves starving for Light as their cohorts go down one by one….it is the nature of the Beast. 

Collectively, we must overcome fear and turn off the human switch feeding the Supernatural Constrainers

Long before the writing of the Old Testament, apocryphyal texts tell us that many ancient cultures were fully aware that what they were living on was a ball, a sphere. Somewhere along the long cycles of millenia, this concept was entirely lost, at least in the Western mindset. Not until the middle of the 15th Century did Copernicus (re)introduce the notion that our Earth was indeed spherical and was not at the center of the Universe….What? How dare he think we not to be masters of the Universe! some of his colleagues and the priests would scream! It was five centuries later when we first saw our own Earth from space and came to realize that not only were we not the center of the Universe, we were just a tiny speck of dust way out in the back 40 (from the perspective of the 3rd dimension, that is) and no where near the center of anything but in our own anthropocentric minds.

Carl Sagan said in his book “Pale Blue Dot: A Vision of the Human Future in Space” (Random House 1994):

(T)he aggregate of our joy and suffering, thousands of confident religions, ideologies, and economic doctrines, every hunter and forager, every hero and coward, every creator and destroyer of civilization, every king and peasant, every child, inventor and explorer, every teacher of morals, every corrupt politician, every ’superstar,’ every ’supreme leader,’ every saint and sinner in the history of our species lived here, on a mote of dust suspended in a sunbeam. The Earth is a very small stage in a vast cosmic arena. Think of the rivers of blood spilled by all those generals and emperors, so that, in glory and triumph, they could become the momentary masters of a fraction of a dot… . Our posturings, our imagined self importance, the delusion that we have some privleged position in the Universe, are challenged by this point of pale light.

Can anyone look at the arrow above showing that “You Are Here” and not have a flicker of humility? Wisdom teachers from many ancient cultures, through ancient manuscripts, codices, stelae and other means preserved for us the need for humility as a Spiritual path. One of Jesus’ sayings was: “Whoever becomes humble like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.” (Matthew 18:4) . Although I am not one to visit traditional churches or church-based web sites, I did find a wonderully insightful and even humorous interpretation of humility written by Pastor Eugene Harder on their New Hope Community Church website in Humility The Road To Strength. (Excerpt: “Please expel from your mind your extreme, outrageous and the radical perceptions of humility. I invite you to seriously consider this truth . . . ‘Humility puts us on the road to wholeness, pride locks us into denial and defeat.’”)

As I wrote in Jesus, My Way:

Jesus, like many other enlightened beings that have touched our tiny planet and have touched our souls, was for me (and is still) a man who understood the stillness of the soul within humankind…that quiet inner voice…the part that knows that we are all far more than we have been led to believe. He teached that the concepts of balance, yin/yang, masculine/feminine must manifest in our world to manifest our paradise . He demonstrated the peace that could be found when one recognized and sloughed off the illusions of this world and sought their own Truths from within. He understood that in order for mankind to be fully human, the balance of natural occurring dualities must first occur. He demonstrated this by bringing women into the fold of his ministry. Jesus and his Magdalene together fully demonstrated the concept of reflection; Jesus recognized Mary Magdalene as the the sacred feminine that she was and saw it as the intuitive, nurturing reflection of himself . In turn, Magdalene recognized Jesus as the strength of the masculine reflection of herself. They were indeed companions in the truest sense. The portrayal of the crucifixion of The Christ, to me, is among other things a metaphor for the “death” of the Light and the “rule” of the Dark. We today, in 2007, are coming into the midsts of those teachings again. There is manifesting a great tug on this planet (and extraterrestrially) between the forces of Light and the forces of Darkness. Personally, I would say that this time, the Jesus’ and Magdalenes of our world will win the battle and draw back the veil of darkness and let the Light shine upon us all.

Beyond humility, though, I look at the above photo of our galaxy and our place in it, and I see our “mote of dust” as a thought in the Universal Mind/God/Higher Mind, whatever we choose to call it. Have you ever had a nagging thought, a vague feeling that something is just not right or something is alerting you that you just can’t pin down ? If we view this on the scale of the Universal Mind, this troubled thought we call Earth has been a sore thumb in Universal Mind with all its internal and external strife. We talk about love, respect, unity, but even in the 21st Century when the common man has been able to come in intact with many cultures and find much more in common than not, our so-called leaders seem to be bent on creating wars and manipulating the masses for sinister and greedy reasons instead of using that agressive energy to bring prosperity to ALL to all the planet through our encomonic powers and through humility (there’s that word again) of understanding that lifting up others around the planet lifts us up as well.

The Druids, Mayans, and Native Americans, and other pre-Churchianity cultures stressed humility as well, and my personal perspective is that we have interpreted humility as a weak point in this Era of the patriarchal imbalance on our planet. Humility, however, simply means understanding that are are all sailing uncharted territory together on this spacecraft called Earth right along with millions of other spacecraft. If our boat starts sinking, it would be best to work as a team to plug the leaks rather than killing our fellow helpers.  If Captain Kirk and the crew of the Enterprise were constantly at each other’s throats, would they have nurtured the unity and mutual respect for each other (and ambassadors from other planets) to keep a proper balance in place for survival ? I think not.

I also see our mote of dust, as Dr. Sagan termed it, as a cell in the body of “billions and billions” (another Sagan legacy) of other cells in the known and the unknowns of the Universe. This Earth cell seems to run rampant every so often and creates a cancer that needs to be irradiated so that it does not overcome all the other cells. This, for me, naturally turns my thoughts to the extraterrestial phenomenon that has been with us long before Roswell, but that is another story. In our system, the Sun is in charge as the radiation therapist of our particular solar system to my mind via Earth changes (brought about by re-coding DNA through the rays of its LIGHT from my perspective***).

It boils down to this for me: As Above So Below. We must push all the exquisite mind energy and creativity into a positive mindset on this planet to wipe out the “nagging negative thought” to bring about balance in nature and to bring about a higher conscious awareness; to know deeply how everything is connected. We all might need to consider that these cancers that develop from time to time are initiated by sinister and greed-driven powers, some of whom are from here and some of whom are not.  But again, another story.

A friend of mine has asked me why our world leaders, who must surely know our position in the Universal scheme, would continue to lead us into wars and ruin the planet. Well, my short answer was that I perceive that some of them have connections to intelligent beings on other planets or dimensions, and Earth is somehow a strategic location—an ongoing battle is being waged to control it. A long answer will require a different blog.

Other than pausing with a wince when the sounds of chomping on lunch, burping, coughing, blowing noses, or slamming file drawers during dictation amplifies through my headphones, I greatly enjoy my career as a medical transcriber.  It is a valuable source of education and information and gives one a sense of being involved with the community, and I love that.   But far beyond the expansion of latin vocabulary and intricacies of surgical reports, any medical transcriber who has been at it long enough learns that many patients are caught in a ever-revolving medical door and can tell you that a pattern emerges in allopathic medicine that can sometimes send a chill up the spine.  I do not think even the best-intentioned medical provider really sees this cycle of manipulation unless that provider is fortunate enough to have had access and the willingness to pursue information from outside the narrow establishment focus of allopathic medical training.

One thing we have seen time and again is a patient coming to see their provider with a relatively minor complaint such as stomach upset.   Provider prescribes a medication.  Patient returns in two weeks complaining of side effects. Provider puts patient on a second medication to counteract the first (since appropriate testing for a source is usually not even covered by their own insurance, providers are usually forced to hoist one bandaid on top of another…oh well). Patient returns in a month and has developed a skin rash and is taken off both medications and put on a stronger medicine in hopes this will do it.  In some cases, I have typed notes for such patients who eventually ended up in the emergency room with a severe medical problem.    Something crucial is missing in this scenario.   So many prescription bandaids do not allow the “wound” to breathe and heal and may even cover up the very source of the problem.   Providers have to spend way too much time on dictating subjective symptoms and are given far too little time to interact with patients.  From my perspective, if a person feels inclined to see a physician with a comparative mild complaint, the first thing should be to set aside time with that patient to understand their unique human-ness; dictating that the patient does/does not smoke, drink, or use illegal drugs should not be the extent of getting to the heart of the matter.  I know that most providers would like to get back to a strict doctor-patient interaction and medical treatment without the intervention that huge HMOs/insurance carriers and pharmaceuticals enforce on them.  Fortunately, I see more doctors at least locally pursuing that course (yay!).

I have trained in Reiki (energy healing) therapy and can say truly that in many cases involving minor dis-sease, the only medicine needed is a compassionate touch, listening ear, and allowing the tears.  We are living in an era where families often live states and even countries apart. The close support of nuclear families and extended families has been supplanted by a sense of feeling depersonalized in society. We hardly know our neighbors anymore and the peer pressure our children come under is guided more by the mass media than by true social interaction and bonding.

There is another phenomenon that is occurring over setting the “normal limits” of our fluid levels such as cholesterol.  What is going on here? I have seen the guidelines for “normal limits” change three times in as many years for cholesterol parameters.  Even from lab to lab, this can vary.   This means that the “normal” cholesterol levels you had in 2005 are considered “abnormally high” in 2008.   Who benefits with continually fiddling with these parameters?  Guess. 

The medical needs of each of us is a personal choice, and allopathic medicine definitely has its heroes, but choices should be informed choices, so I continue to encourage taking control and researching the facts from all perspectives. Go to your medical provider armed with information.

Intended or not (intention indeed is behind the pharmaceutical and AMA mindset on this), there is a propencity to use the general population as guinea pigs for drugs, among other things, and the ones most victimized are those least able to take control of their lives; the elderly, the children, the “less fortunate”, and those who have been conditioned to think of medical providers as gods.  I do believe my own blood pressure must rise every time I hear a radio ad presenting a compassionate-sounding announcer encouraging needy volunteers to participate in yet another (guinea pig) study involving a new drug, which offers no protection for recourse in the event the study ends up harming rather than helping your health, although it definitely fills the coffers of the pharmaceutical industry.

That said, I have seen allopathic medicine used in more enlightened endeavors, for instance in the cases of the dying, and there are a special few drugs that really hold the promise of cure.   I am not against allopathic drugs when a very serious condition is involved. On the whole, however, the first line of defense is keeping the immune system up and running (thymus gland is very important for this!) with natural herbs. If natural herbs did not work for us, why do you think the pharmaceutical companies are trying to pass legislation that would remove OTC herbal remedies, even vitamins, from public consumption? Because they know it works and it threatens their money machine.

I mentioned above that we should approach our medical advisors armed with information, and I am lately seeing that reflected in the transcriptions.  Patients are bringing in their on-line news and information for discussion BEFORE they agree to anything. A line I am hearing dictated more and more this past year, whether it is a recommended medication, surgical procedure, or some preventative-maintenance plea is……

Bernake was videotaped attending Bilderberg Group, so he has clearly broken the intent of the the Logan Act Law (he IS a U.S. citizen, I presume). IF it is confirmed that Obama and Clinton did in fact attend under the auspices of this Bilderberg Group, even if they maintain that they met alone with no one else in the room (which I seriously doubt for a number of reasons), then they will have broken the intent of the Logan Act as well.  If so, we might well see the days going into the elections change dramatically from this point on. I haven’t seen any information that John McCain was in attendance at some point but even if not, I just do not see him in the picture in a few months. As well, the populace has awakened to his true Self as a war monger. 

If  potential U.S. presidents are setting a policy of meeting in secrecy to the point of deceiving the public and their own press entourage (no matter where they met)  BEFORE they even sit in the White House, it does not bode well…not well at all.  If this were just some supposed meeting of the minds between rival candidates for party unity, the lengths to which this secrecy was sought is totally out of proportion to the purported reason for it and indicates to me that it is so far removed from reality, well, it just (fill in the blank).

This has the potential of putting a Dark Horse in the White House at the demand of WE THE PEOPLE by special elections.  Keep waking up fellow travelers!

What are the Governors of Kansas and South Carolina doing there?  That’s a quesion that Kansas and South Carolina voting citizens should investigate and answer.  What is James Johnson (the man “tasked” to pick Obama’s running mate) doing there?  It would appear that these people along with Condoleezza Rice, have no regard for the Logan Act or any other U.S. Constitutional Law.   As I have said in earlier posts: Defang the Beast!

I am by no means an expert on Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) but as a medical transcriber and as a mother, I would like to shed light on some issues I have observed that might not be discussed in general public dialog.

I have typed up hundreds of pediatric notes in my work, many of which are related to ADHD and depression.  Over time, while there have been a few critical situations requiring immediate medication intervention for the child, there are many situations in which the teacher(s) and or one or both parents want their child on medications because it is they who do not want to have to deal with a “hyperactive” kid; they want a calm and obedient child, and I suspect that many, many children are on Concerta, Ritalin, and other drugs for all the wrong reasons.

During my son’s first years in the school system, I was called often mainly with complaints such as not obeying an instruction to walk around a puddle in the schoolyard or coloring balloons of various colors on his paper instead of just coloring the one balloon on the paper the color blue.
ADHD was just coming onto the scene as a “disorder” and it was suggested to me that I look into this for him.  I adamantly refused to even entertain such a thing.  He had an independent streak that I knew if channeled correctly would work to his benefit later in life.  I learned early on in his schooling that “traditional” schooling for him was boring, compartmentalized, and provided no challenge.  Fortunately, a “School for Independent Learning” opened up and I enrolled him immediately.  He excelled!  Why?  The environment in this independent learning center was set up so that all students were in an auditorium-sized classroom, somewhat like a fair where a student could gravitate to what interested him/her the most.  Computer, homemaking classes, biology, natural sciences, creative writing, and history areas had challenging hands-on teaching available.  Students were encouraged to introduce new areas of study that would benefit their social realm of the classroom as well.  Interestingly enough, he spent most of his time learning to cook!  I never would have guessed.   It was through all this creative interaction and stimulation that he began to develop really concrete ideas, concepts.  Today, he creates custom aquariums and waterfalls and is avidly interested in archaeology and anthropology.  He is a leader but not a demander. Had he continued through the traditional public school system loaded with ”hyperactivity” drugs, I have no doubt he would have never found that creative urge in him that wanted to choose life and explore it.

From my perspective, children born particularly between 1988 to present (with fewer predecessors born in the 1970s as “ice breakers”) are coming in with a whole new vibrational pattern; a higher vibrational frequency. They have been born into a dimensional society that is just beginning to ramp up its own collective vibrational frequency on the planet. Many are also bringing with them (unconsciously or not) ideas, concepts, and vision to help raise the rest of humanity into this higher vibration. Again, from my perspective, this “hyperactivity” and “attention-deficient” is in reality a HIGHER VIBRATION that cannot and will not “adjust” to the lower vibrations still circuiting the planet. Their depression, I believe, is not the typical depression. It is a side effect of fighting off the lower energies existing here while attempting to express a Light that is not just yet fully manifested–and therein lies the extreme frustration and rejection of the norm.  They are far more aware at a much younger age of the need for societal change in a world that no longer makes sense.  If parents and educators do not recognize that the “hyper” childs needs intensive creativity, correct vibrational foods, and intellectual stimulation to lead their generation like no generation before, their sense of alienation will intensify the frustration of seeing our world as it is today.

I encourage all parents who have been given the gift of birthing the children of the higher vibration to participate with them in creative challenges and listen and learn from them rather than trying to fit their higher vibrational energy field into a lower one. They are here to lift us up, not to be brought down. Consider substances for them that are very high in vibrational energy such as bee pollen or Aphanizomenon flos-aquae (blue-green algae) and search out essential oils that resonate to their vibration. They are here to teach you, too, by highlighting dysfunctions in family members and lifestyles to the degree of requiring self-examination.

There is another angle I have perceived in this push to get “out of the norm” children onto Ritalin, Prozac, Concerta, etc. Could it be that there is a covert “war” going on to prevent these children of the higher vibrational energy from doing what they are destined to do, one of which is to bring down the dark forces that have suppressed and controlled this planet? Developing drugs for young children who cannot make drug choices without parental consent and with a huge publicity and “educational” campaign to make teachers, parents, and doctors perceive that something is aberrant in these children surely piques my attention.

We know that most of the mass school shootings have been done by young men placed on such drugs as Prozac. My personal contention is that these drugs combined with a much higher vibrational frequency are acting to malign and cripple the vibration of Light to the point of tribal mentality. It would not be beyond the realm of my belief that the “war on drugs” is the “war on crippling the Children of the Light.” Fortunately, in my own work as a medical transcriber, I am finding that more and more parents are refusing to go the route of these ADHD drugs and going to more natural high-vibrational foods and supplements needed to bring them to adulthood as the visionaries leading us through a Great Cyclic Shift.

One last thought.  Why does the government want children DNA-tested at birth now?  Looking for the new strands, perhaps, for biological containment?

Someone asked me a while back what I would do or say if I (consciously) encountered an intelligent extraterrestial being.  My first thought was that I would say something like Please forgive the odd behavior of the humans on this planet; the few brain synapses we have fire up like a really bad set of spark plugs, which is ruining our vehicle big time (Earth).  My second question would be Do you know which extraterrestial race implanted the mitochondria into the Earth beings? 

In 1983, a friend who also happened to be a clinical psychologist (and a really go-by-the-book one at that) apparently had had an “ah-ha” moment because he called one day to ask if I would take part in a “past life regression” study he and his partner had set up.  Whoa!  At that time, I was really reluctant to participate, but the offer came as a free package, so what the heck!  Within a few weeks, it was my turn to go to “the chair.”  I thought I’d be focusing on a pocket watch or something, but the hypnosis I underwent had nothing to do with swinging objects.  My last recollection before going “under” was hearing a faint and distant voice saying “Where are you now?” and the sound of a tape recorder being switched on.  Following is a synopsis of an incredible personal journey that rocked my world.

I apparently found myself as a “Medical Priestess” (with a name that sounded something like T’nak A’ashi Iya ) who had come with others to Earth in a “roundular” craft to “mine gold.”  There were apparently several women who were engaging in providing medical aid/services.   At one point, we came across live Earth beings who, from our perspective, were quite primitive.  The males in our expeditionary group eventually insisted that we provi
