Occupy Denver: Police Use Pepper Spray & Rubber Bullets on Protesters
To Lt. Matt Murray: OccupyDenver will indeed occupy the Capitol building—with their voice and their vote! It is perfectly legal to protest in a public government building. Denver citizens own it. What did Wisconsin citizens and Michigan citizens say when they filled their Capitol buildings? WHOSE HOUSE?…OUR HOUSE!
The OWS focus was, is, and will remain to be bringing to account by trial those Wall Street/Fed Reserve banksters and their congressional puppets (they know who they are and so do we) who robbed and caused misery for the 99%. Once that is behind us, we must see to it that this so-called Homeland Security Police State falls in Wall Street’s wake.

Denver Channel:
Governor Boots Occupy Denver Out Of Park “Gov. John Hickenlooper said that they can gather at the park
between 5 a.m. and 11 p.m., but they cannot camp in the park in front of the capitol.”
“We’ve never let the homeless camp in parks, we don’t see how we can let other groups camp in parks,” Hickenlooper said.”
The Governor does not understand the clear difference between random loitering and an OCCUPATION? Someone needs to sit him down and explain the 1st Amendment right to protest in peaceful assembly in public places; way, way different legally. The people are there to Occupy our spaces and protest to bring awareness to the corruption in our government and on Wall Street. Big Difference!

where “Occupy Denver” demonstrators are protesting continues to grow even as the Colorado State Patrol has warned against camping out.”
“Today, more than 20 tents and makeshift shelters — double the number clustered there the day before — were set up on the grass near Veterans Memorial west of the state Capitol, as demonstrators handed out food from a makeshift kitchen.
