Mike Krieger absolutely echoes what any rational person must have heard running through the mind while reading those inane “arguments.” The good part: We will get the Truth of 911 in 2012 and begin picking up the pieces, healing, and starting from bottom up—together.

“According to the complaint: ‘On January 14, 2009, Military Commission Convening Authority Susan Crawford conceded that these acts amounted to torture, and determined that as a consequence, Mr. al Qahtani could not be subjected to prosecution before a military commission. Mr. al Qahtani remains the only detainee at Guantanamo whom the government has directly acknowledged having tortured.’ “
From my perspective, more than one of the “high profile terrorists” being held at Guantanamo was privvy to the who/what/why of Sep 11, 2011 and was forever silenced by TPTB by physical and psychological torture. My hunch is that some of that Truth came out on those 92 tapes the CIA destroyed in an unconscionable act.

Since this “news” this is just the latest in a string of haphazard, panicky disinformation being put out there by elements keen to keep the Truth about 911 suppressed, I derived the above “news” from of all places, a UFO website because their explanation makes far more sense than the crapola we are being fed by the MSM and Homeland Sec.
The entire “Official” 9/11 scenario is falling flat on its face. BTW, this new theory does not even come close to explaining WTC7, which was never hit by a plane! Now, we have Al-Queda itself on the side of elements in our own American govt! ; 3) They absolutely refuse to disclose proof on the death of bin Laden, which they owe the American people. Arabians (like anyone) can follow Christian, Jewish, Muslim, or any of a number of religious ideologies. but they are NOT culturally “Muslim.” Singer Sammy Davis, Jr. was a black man who adopted the Jewish ideology. There is ample evidence that Christian/Zionist followers were involved as well, partially documented here but available from highly credible sources.
We were lied to about events that led up to the attack of Pearl Harbor, too. Blaming all Japanese people (in that case, based on ethnicity and not religious preference) for that was either ignorance or propaganda, or both. “Faith” is ideology—a belief—nothing to do with genealogy. This is all about the Christian/Jewish/Muslim ideologies battling over whose “God” gets to be the “Top God” in their so-called “New World Order” project. The Vatican is already in tatters. I am confident that within 16 months, they will all be rudely awakened out of their delusions.

In March, UN Special Rapporteur on human rights and counterterrorism Martin Scheinin [official website] called on the Obama administration to hold civilian trials [JURIST report] for Mohammed and other suspected terrorists saying that the military commissions system is fatally flawed and cannot be reformed”.
A civilian court perhaps could ensure that the defendant gets a public hearing to discuss his his handlers.

“Kagan, acting as President Obama’s Solicitor General, argued that the case should not be heard even if evidence proved that the Saudis helped underwrite al Qaeda, because it would interfere with US foreign policy with the oil-rich nation. She posited ‘that the princes are immune from petitioners’ claims’ because of ‘the potentially significant foreign relations consequences of subjecting another sovereign state to suit.’ ”
Perhaps a chessboard move in anticipation of 9/11 Truth succeeding in getting a new and independent investigation into 9/11 in case it reaches the Supreme Court? Of course. And wait—isn’t Iraq a sovereign state? They didn’t even get a hearing.

Government Agreed to Lie About 9/11: “The senior counsel to the 9/11 Commission – John Farmer - says that the government agreed not to tell the truth about 9/11, echoing the assertions of fellow 9/11 Commission members who concluded that the Pentagon were [sic] engaged in deliberate deception about their response to the attack.” (Farmer’s book: “The Ground Truth: The Untold Story of America Under Attack on 9/11″).
I ordered the book and will read with my Thinking Cap on. Reviews so far are very favorable but always watch for disinformation trying to point away from the overwhelming evidence of an inside job toward conceding a lesser charge (yet still criminal) of government incompetence. However, information is knowledge and the more we can learn, the better we make informed decisions.

Controversy over fiery remarks fells Obama adviser: ” Recent news reports cited a derogatory comment Jones made in the past about Republicans, and separately, of Jones’s name appearing on a petition connected to the events surrounding the Sept. 11 attacks. That 2004 petition had asked for congressional hearings and other investigations into whether high-level government officials had allowed the attacks to occur.”
This was one of the worse political decisions (in terms of how it was done) this administration could have made IMHO. This will have an explosive blowback effect on the White House, I can see it now. The “throw in” remark about Van Jones’s “derogatory comment” about Republicans is cover. That is an every day occurrance across the political spectrum in and out of Washington, I’m sure. If the investigative reporting I’ve seen so far is correct, Van Jones may not have been a good choice in the first place, but this was clearly about Jones’s inclination to support a new investigation into 911 and about Obama’s clear message that he will not tolerate getting the 911 TRUTH out. Obviously, he is going to continue to cover the ass-ets of those in “high places” no matter what We The People demand. I hoped for a better Presidency and I was dead wrong. However, what’s worse is that Van Jones’s later retraction via backtracking on supporting new 9/11 investigation tells me every one of these people can be bought for a price. Sick. (Updated 9/14/09.)

FBI Informant Says Agents Missed Chance to Stop 9/11 Ringleader Mohammed Atta “an FBI informant who infiltrated alleged terrorist cells in the U.S. tells ABC News the FBI missed a chance to stop the al Qaeda plot because they focused more on undercover stings than on the man who would later become known as 9/11 ringleader Mohammed Atta.”
To reiterate: Never take a story at its face value. Something “tells” me that there is a campaign of disinformation going on (not necessarilywith this story) that is trying to pull attention away from the established evidence of State(s)-sponsored Truth about 9/11 by generating news that seems to point to a lesser charge of incompetence in government. According to reviews of a new book by a former 9/11 commissioner, John Farmer, called “The Ground Truth: The Untold Story of America Under Attack on 9/11″ (see below), it essentially argues for this lesser charge as well. As always, citizens should sharpen their brains’ critical-thinking pencils as we all wade through the info. Incompetence does not explainnano-thermite in WTC 1 and 2 dust or the demolition of WTC7; it does not explain the typical garage-sized hole at the Pentagon; it does not explain “vaporized” commercial jets; flying bin Laden’s family safely out of the country; and much more evidence of complicity.
